It's all in the diet
I have made an amazing discovery. Okay...have you ever wondered where on earth children get their vast amount of never-ending energy?
It's in the food.
No. Seriously. Think about it.
My kids eat things that I really don't chow down on much, if ever:
Peanut butter & jelly sandwiches
Hot dogs
Granola bars
Boogers
Chicken nuggets
Macaroni & cheese (I have a theory that the ones that come in cartoon shapes yield a higher energy rate...)
Corn dogs
Any junk food/candy item that is covered in lint & dog hair that is found under the couch cushions
Salad, minus the salad....just leaving an obscene amount of croutons and Ranch dressing on the plate
See? I mean, there is a larger list here of foods that may bring immense powers to the person who consumes it, but I don't have the energy to list them all. (See? Perhaps I should dig out a quarter & go buy a year-old gumball from the local Giant Eagle's vending machine bank...that may give me an energy boost)
