Twins?

I am starting to worry about my ever-expanding waistline. I know that it is perfectly normal to be larger the third time around, but I am still beginning to wonder....

I sent a picture to one of my girlfriends today......she said that her money is on twins.

I don't even know what to think if it's twins.....
